During the engineering phase, we merge design and technology to create the product digitally using CAD.
For optimization, we apply various FEA methods, including static load analyses, flow simulations, and thermodynamic simulations.
We then produce a design model or technical prototype, primarily at our own facility, ensuring quick feedback to engineering.
Before a product can enter the market, it must meet specific regulations and standards. We work closely with testing institutes to assess products for static, dynamic, and chemical suitability, as well as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
Finally, we support you in sourcing, helping you find manufacturers and communicate technical drawings and other requirements. We maintain strong connections with companies in Asia and Europe to ensure smooth production.
